Authors wishing to publish in the Journal of Midwifery and Nursing will transfer the copyright to their work to the Journal of Midwifery and Nursing. Submission of manuscripts to their respective journals implies that all authors have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions contained in the Journal of Midwifery and Nursing. It is a publication requirement that manuscripts submitted to this journal have never been published and will not be submitted or published simultaneously elsewhere. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited, and by submitting a manuscript for publication, the author agrees that the publisher has the legal right to take appropriate action against the author, if plagiarism or false information is discovered. Once submitted to the journal, authors will not withdraw their manuscript at any stage prior to publication. However, copyright will be released to the author when the manuscript is rejected.
