Soybean is a strategic food commodity that requires improvements in productivity and seed quality. Crop management through the application of bokashi and biofertilizers has the potential to improve growing conditions, support plant growth, and enhance the physiological quality and pathological health of seeds. However, the effectiveness of combinations of bokashi, Biofresh, and Agrisoy in maintaining seed quality during storage remains unknown. This study aimed to determine the effects of bokashi and biofertilizers on the physiological and pathological quality of soybean seeds. The study was conducted at the Agrotechnology Laboratory, Plant Pest and Disease Science Unit, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Halu Oleo, Kendari, using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with one factor consisting of six treatment combinations: control (B0A0), soybean straw bokashi + Biofresh biofertilizer (B1A1), soybean straw bokashi + Biofresh + Agrisoy biofertilizers (B1A3), rice straw bokashi + Biofresh biofertilizer (B2A1), rice straw bokashi + Biofresh + Agrisoy biofertilizers (B2A3), and soybean straw + rice straw bokashi + Biofresh + Agrisoy biofertilizers (B3A3). The research activities included land preparation, bokashi application, biofertilizer application, planting, crop maintenance, and harvesting. The results showed that the combination of bokashi and biofertilizers improved the physiological and pathological quality of soybean seeds. The combination of soybean straw + rice straw bokashi with Biofresh + Agrisoy biofertilizers (B3A3) showed the most balanced overall performance in maintaining germination capacity at 94.67%, maximum growth potential at 98.67%, growth uniformity at 94.67%, vigor index at 89.33%, and the lowest seed contamination at 13.33%.
